Safety

IntelliStress® enables all heat treatment machines to be controlled and monitored remotely with data from each heat treatment machine wirelessly communicated to a single point allowing the heat treatment to be managed outside of the unit removing field labor resources from high risk/high traffic areas on the project site. 

Productivity

Set-up time is reduced and allows the field heat treatment technicians to focus solely on pipe wrapping and strip out activities ensuring demanding critical path project schedules are met.

Cost Savings

Field labor requirements are reduced by up to 50% significantly minimizing the overall heat treatment project costs along with any associated mobilization/demobilization and subsistence costs.

Quality
Precise and reliable control are key attributes of the IntelliStress® system. Data logging is a separate module from the data charting with all data being stored in an SQL database that is encrypted and routinely backed up to ensure validity and availability of the data. All data is also protected from source to chart generation and is easily accessible via a web browser. Traditional strip charts are replaced with digital charts that can be provided electronically via email, flash drive, etc. and/or printed on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
